Week Beginning 1.6.2020

Good morning everyone.  I hope you are well and enjoyed your week off last week.  We camped in the garden and looked out for the rocket that was launched in America.  Felt like a little adventure!  What did you get up to?
Here is this week’s video and work sheet:

Week Beginning 4.5.2020

Hello Everyone,

How are you all?  I hope you’re staying safe and having fun.  We’ve been having some walks this week with our wellies, it’s great to jump in the puddles after the rain.

We’ve been noticing lots of creatures when we’ve been out on our walks.  We saw a squirrel, some rabbits and lots of birds flying around.  What can you spot when you’re outside?

Here is our latest video and some ideas for work to complete.

Week beginning 27.4.2020

Hello everybody. I hope you are all keeping well and staying safe.  It’s been lovely to see some photos of you hard at work, keep it up!
I’m very excited to report that all 4 bags of potatoes are growing well. I’ve added more compost to them now which will mean we grow more potatoes.
This week’s work is based on a story book by Julia Donaldson. If you have a look on BBC iPlayer some of her stories are there to watch. I’ve chosen the snail and the whale, but you can have a look at any of them.  https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p06vkmht
Here is this week’s work document.
Week 2 27.4.2020
I hope you watched me reading our favourite book last week. I’ll find another story for us to enjoy this week so keep an eye out for the video.Have a good week, take care of yourselves and your families.

Week beginning 20.4.2020

Good morning everyone!
Look which story I’ve found for us to enjoy.

Good morning everybody. I hope you are all well. It’s very strange not to be with you all in school but I’ll be putting ideas and videos here for you. I’ll try and get Miss Pugh to make one too!
The potatoes we planted are beginning to grow leaves so I’m giving them plenty of water to drink. I’ll keep looking after them for you all.
Next time we go out for a walk I’ll ask the boys to look for some interesting things to show you. Maybe you’ve found things when you’ve been outside? We have found fir cones, lovely stones and even a baby bird’s egg.
Click on the link below to see your tasks for this week. Take as long as you want to, if you have different ideas that is fine, I think I’m going to have a go at making some biscuits this week. Maybe you’ll be able to do some cooking too.
You can use ClassDojo to ask any questions or to let me know how you’re getting on.

Keep counting as much as you can and practising your writing.
